Asylum Support Services
Stage 1

1. Initial Consultation (1–2 Weeks): We review your case, gather evidence, and advise on next steps. 
2. Application Submission (2–4 Weeks): We submit your completed asylum claim to the Home Office with full documentation. 
3. Screening Interview (1–3 Weeks): The Home Office will conduct a routine interview to confirm your identity and background. We prepare you for this process. 
4. Substantive Interview (6–8 Months): A detailed interview where the Home Office assesses your asylum claim. Our team helps you prepare to present your case clearly and effectively. Our team also deals with all interim matters in your case, including but not limited to Permission to work, ARC renewal and change of address matters.  
5. Decision (6 Months Post-Substantive Interview): After your interview, the Home Office will review your case and issue a decision. If successful, you will be granted protection in the UK. 
6. Appeals/Fresh Claims (If Necessary) (6–18 Months): If your asylum claim is refused, we provide expert legal representation to assist with appeals or fresh claims to ensure all avenues are explored.
